You can now delete a single day of data or specify a range of days to delete. Diet & Exercise Assistant saves the data you enter as you close each screen. As you use the application over long periods of time your data files will increase in size. To improve performance you can now delete old data.

The Nutrient Summary Table lists and summarizes nutrient data for each day. A green icon represents a day where you stayed within your daily food budget. A red icon represents a day where you exceeded your daily food budget. You can toggle between calories, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, and saturated fat.

The new Exercise Summary Table lists and summarizes exercise data for each day. The table shows the minutes spent exercising and the calories burned while exercising.

The new Nutrient Graph is a bar graph that shows the nutrient totals each day. The yellow line represents the daily food budget for the selected nutrient. A green bar represents a day where you stayed within your daily food budget. A red bar represents a day where you exceeded your daily food budget. You can toggle between calories, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, and saturated fat. The graph can be shown on a weekly or monthly scale.
